Can someone point me to where I can purchase one of these? It's for powering a Quadro GPU via 6-pin motherboard power connector.

What are the power outputs from your power supply. if there are none (like on a dell T130/T140) you would have to pull from other connectors

That's for providing extra power to the motherboard, not for powering other devices. You're going to have to run a cable to your GPU directly from your PSU.

The 6-pin GFX_12V1 connector on this board is used to provide more power to the PCIe slots. You plug your PSU's 6-pin PCIe power cable to this connector.

Ah I see. How does one know if your PCIe slots needs more power?

The note on the page 29 of the manual says "Install the PSU’s power cable to this connector when 4 graphics cards are installed."

My guess is that by "graphics cards" they mean any devices pulling close to 25W from the slot. I doubt that the cable will be needed for videocards powered directly from PSU.

Makes sense, thank you. Idk how I missed that in the manual.
