You can get AC power supplies, I just don’t have the experience with DC power to know if it would be a more cost effective solution over AC.

Well the PSU is the easy Part. Then you'd need a Rack / Case to install them. Plus AC Cables, DC Cables, DC Fuses / Breaker, Cable Glands, Terminals, Connectors, Crimping Tools, Heatshrink, etc

I cannot see at all what the Connector is. Maybe you are lucky and it's just a WAGO / Phoenix 3-Pole "Terminal Block" like Terminal, so not excessively expensive.

How much does the AC PSU Cost ?

It might be worth your Time if not the Price & Space of the Entire DC System ...

$50-$100 depending where you source them.

I have a 42U rack to put them in. Also have 2x AC pdu’s.

50-100 USD for each 660W PSU ? Or for a Set of 4x ?

If for each Piece then you'd be looking at 40 x 50 ... 100 USD ... Ouch: 2000 USD ... 4000 USD  .

On the other Hand, with the Vertiv R48-3000e, given total Power of 24kW, you'd be looking at A BARE MINIMUM of 8 Units (24kW / 3kW / PSU), most likely 12 Units so that you don't overload all of them. So probably 12 x 70 EUR ~ 840 EUR. But then you need to add all the other stuff I mentioned, unless you want to feed 1 PSU -> 4 x PSU, then *MAYBE* you could just get some Wago Terminal Blocks to do the Distribution and wire using those.

Don't forget to just look up the manuals for big vendors like Oracle.

From the site planning guide https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E19874-01/820-4441-12/820-4441-12.pdf

Depending on how decked out the servers are you will need up to 19A*48V = 912W - the 4 PSU's are for a 2N config, which suggests you can get away with just 2 PSU's in there for DC mode (may need to disable alarms or remove the extra PSU's) or the 1133W AC supplies if you swap them out.

If you want all DC then for 10 servers you need to build out a 10kW DC supply and distribution. Probably cheaper to go with used AC supplies if you can find them in bulk.
