That is true. I'd have been able to ship to the US as well, but due to the high prices here i used to do it from Swedish border with much more sensible shipping fees to the US. But unfortunately, due to the lock downs it is not possible at the moment.

Not typically but the right board and relax the timing it probably wouldn’t be a problem. Official it’s registered so it won’t do anything on a dell/hp/Lenovo systems as they don’t give you timing control.
