I was about to flash the latest 2.9.1200 firmware to my card and then I read the release notes:

This looks promising:
"SRIOV beta support for ConnectX-2. To enable it, set sriov_en to TRUE in the INI"
But this gives me pause:
"Firmware v2.9.1200 does not support 0.5-1m 10GE SFP cables"
Has anyone with this firmware revision had issues with short cables?
Also, I've not found anything in the release notes suggesting possible performance improvements when going from 2.9.1100 to 2.9.1200.
Hmm... I'm going to dig into this with you guys next week when I'm home. I don't even know if we are all having the same problem.... Wonder if I can boot my machines into Linux live CDs and see if it is in fact the windows driver.
Any one find an older version of the driver? I'll contact melanox tomorrow.
Are these the connectx-2 VPI cards? Latest firmware is 2.10.720 I thought?

I just realized that my firmware version already includes SR-IOV capabilities.
Though it may necessary to reflash with an INI containing the proper flag.
Has anyone had a chance to test SR-IOV on these devices yet?

Someone mentioned PLRXPL-SC-S43-22-N JDSU 10GB SFP+ earlier in this thread but 10 gbit connectivity was untested I think.. I was hoping for some confirmation before purchasing them

Not a bad price but when I see shipping being more than the item I tend to think the seller is using the low price as bait.
