Does anyone know the endurance rating of these?

Also, will these work in an Intel MB?

I couldn't find much information in the two minutes I was willing to spelunk Google for spec sheets. At $25/ea I'm going to say "until they die" and just plan to use them in a redundant system with a backup.

I did think anyone would be interest in such older tech , that's why I did not posted here.

My current of All in One file and VM , Plex,Emby server is Windows server 2016 with dual E5-2683v3.
I am in the process of evaluating switch to Proxmox , these SSD lets me build a new small scale of the Proxmox version of AIO.

Everyone loves a $25 400GB SSD, even if it's old. You just use more of them at once to improve disk speed and keep a backup :)

I'm trialing a bunch of distributed storage (gluster, ceph, moosefs, portworx) and need a bunch of drives, so it doesn't matter if they're slow individually.

(If people think this is old you should see my collection of (still perfectly functional) 240GB Sandforce SSDs, I still have one or two reeeeally old 80GB Intel X25-Ms around somewhere too.)

Someone mentioned that these are actually 6G SATA, does anyone have confirmation?

I remember getting these samples in 8 years ago, they were pretty boring then, the only thing impressive to me at the time was how expensive they were. These were about as fast as 15k drives were back then. Still of course going to win in iops for sure, they had a market niche that they nailed.

Looks like there is some critical firmware for these also. I'd suggest making sure they're HPG4 firmware and if not to update them.

and $20 for a 400GB boot drive with 7PB endurance? Not Shabby!
