These look to be the same ones you can get on AliExpress or Ebay for $20.
Seems to be the same renders used too.

Note: I stuck one of these in my AliExpress cart, and it showed up in my "Buy this for an unreasonable price" list. I got one for $2 shipped.
I don't know how or why AliExpress does this. But having items sitting in your cart will often give you instant sales. Sometimes they are 10% off, sometimes they are 99% off....
