These are HP caddies which - see the forums - work perfectly in these Dell servers. The price is just $25 for 10 caddies shipped. That's $25 total, not the $15-20 each for Dell caddies.
These don't come with the metal sub-tray, but that doesn't bother me a bit and actually makes them fit better into the Dell chassis.
