1U Chassis for i7-7700k + Mobo

I'm building an i7-7700k looking for a good durable chassis and a good motherboard any suggestions?

64GB DDR4 ram and wanting to put a NVMe SSD.

This is what I am currently purchasing:

Could I switch it up for another to fit in a 1U or maybe update to a 2U chassis?
