Any recommendations for a low power consumption, 1gbe, 10gbe and 40gbe switch? I'd like to have at least
10x 1gbe
4x 10gbe
4x 40gbe

I know this is a weird config but my rack space is limited.

A Brocade 6610-24 would be perfect.

24x 1gbe, 8x 10gbe, 4x 40gbe (or 2x 40gbe and another 8x 10gbe with breakout cables).

The 6610-24 has lower power consumption than the 6610-48, and unless you need the additional 1gbe ports, I'd go with the -24.

It's hard to find, and the license stuff is annoying. Know any on ebay that fit this criteria?

you just need to PM me for ICX licenses, however keep in mind the 6610 is not 4x 40gbe like your requirements, its 2x 40gbe. the other 2x QSFP ports are 4x 10gbE breakout only

Really? I thought they were usable as either way, with 40GbE as default and config work required to get them to work with breakout cables.

I ask because I was seriously considering getting one for the 4x40GbE part - might still get one but would like to know before I do.

juniper EX-4300 would fit the bill. The 40Gbe can’t do breakout but you can get a 4x10Gbe uplink module

if not ~ look for S6000-ON’s on eBay. They pop up around $800 from time to time.
