FYI, the DELL SNPY898NC are Hynix chips and a cheap way to fill up old Westmere systems (supermicro X8), since with all DIMMs fully populated, they often down clock to 800Mhz anyway, so no point in buying anything faster. I have gotten them for $25/16GB before, but this is still a fair price.
