I know I am necroing an old thread here but it seems people were still wondering after the solution.
I took the advice from Syndroma, download the 2017 bios package and then flash ONLY the ucpld_ip
Download and boot to systemrescue-11.02-amd64.iso
Mount and launch the ucpld_ip from a USB drive.
I can now use two E5-2660v4
