Great, that is the one I was thinking of getting. Did it have the extra USB 3.0 header or the 10GB Ethernet?

I go back and forth between just getting an Aoostar WTR Pro (N150), an Odroid N4 Plus, CWWK, or maybe something else.

Does this board have a JMB585 or a ASM1166 ?

Amazon says:
  • 【 Storage and Memory】1* DDR5 slots, compatible with 4800/5200/5600MHz (non-ECC), RAM supports up to 32GB, 6* SATA3.0 with 6Gbps (SATA1 is native, SATA2-SATA6 is extended by the JMB585 chip) and 2* M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIE3.0x1, stable and ultra-fast transfer speed.Dual 4K Display: This mini-ITX board has HDMI2.0 and DP1.4 ports at 4K@60Hz.
The above is almost exactly the same as older green N100 and N150 listings on Amazon.

According to the the CWWK manual, it is ASM1166

Thanks, I know it is only a few watts I would be saving; however, I currently run an Odroid XU4 and it's only 4 watts.

Hello Friends

I got the CW-NAS-ADLN-K (N150) today. I bought it without cooler since Nascompares on yt recommended to not use the bundle cooler.

But which cooler fits this board? I cant use my old Intel stock cooler because of the capacitors are in the way. Looks like this is gonna be a problem with most coolers.

Any suggestions?

Personally I just use the Jonsbo one that came with it but I a thermalright AXP90-X53 would be a good choice I think.
caps might be a problem with that aswell though.

I got this cooler ID-COOLING SE-214-XT

I am planning on using a regular mid ATX case with 4+ HDD bays. I will update later.

Thanks for the tip. It looks like a good cooler and its not that expensive either :)
My thoughts were to try to run it without a fan and see what the temps look like. This server will not see any heavy action.

It looks like I could have used my old CoolerMaster 212 EVO, which seems to fit various LGA115X sockets. I had this on an old AM3 motherboard that had a 100 watt AMD FX chip.

Did they change the design with the n150/355 ? on the n305 the intel stock cooler fits perfectly and touches no capacitors, there is a picture some pages back.

The ID-COOLING SE-214-XT fits. Really close to the caps to like others have posted before.

The only time I got the fan to turn on when I said it full manual in the BIOS.

Does the Intel iGPU work on this board? I can't get it detected as the graphics are 100% running off of the CPU.

intel-gpu-tools says
No device filter specified and no discrete/integrated i915 devices found
Also in /dev/dri I have a card0 file..

I even tried in Windows 11 and defaulted to the generic Microsoft display adaptor.

Update: After a Windows update, the GPU was detected and shows up on task manager.

Update 2: I got it working.

1) Installed a newer backport kernel that support the N150 https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/1eaakzy reboot

2) Installed the Intel drivers
reboot

So i have some news for BKHD boards, if you go to Bios and then go to Chipset---->system agent configuration--->graphics configuration and set "yellow screen workoround" to enable, you will unlock all settings in bios.
You Sir, are a legend.

Any news on power consumption on newer CWWK/BKHD/other motherboards? It seems the white board doesn't support ASPM due to 10G chipset.

What's the motheboard with better power consumption so far?

I got myself an ASUS Prime N100I D4 board and while it does get to C10 and uses 6W, the CPU for some reason works very slow. My BKHD 1264 router also uses 6W and doesn't have this problem and I'm using it as a Proxmox host for the time being. Maybe chinese motherboards aren't that bad after all. Problem is the BKHD 1264 NAS board (as opposed to the router one) won't get below 14W.

I have the CW-NAS-ADLN-K and hit 19 watts at C10 at idle. When I try to enable C states in the BIOS if freezes during boot or just right after.

That's even worse than the BKHD... :( I saw someone on Reddit say he'd hit 6W with that board but I've not no idea how he did it.
So it comes with C states disabled altogether?
