10G NAS Motherboard N100

I've bought this really cheap N100 motherboard from Aliexpress and it works good so far. Unfortunately running Proxmox Backup tasks from my Prod server to this box exhausts the RAM and I'd like to figure out if it's possible to add in more RAM than the standard 16Gig that came onboard. I would appreciate any comments. Maybe one of you guys used this exact same board already?

NASCompares also did a video review on it.

I've yet to see an N100 system that didn't run perfectly fine with 32GB ram

Aliexpress page even list MB as supporting 32BG ram

You should have no problems with a ram upgrade

I have that same board, MW-N100-NAS, with a stick of GSkills Ripjaws F5-5600S4040A32G for 32 gigs. Works perfectly fine, albeit at 4800MT/s.

DDR5 on an N100? If they use the same memory controller as the mainline Alder Lakes (the N100 should be like an Alder Lake core but with only E-cores and no P-cores), it should be able to handle 16, 32, 48, up to 64GB DDR5 SODIMMs.

I was able to test a Crucial 48GB stick and it works flawlessly
