Network is ready and operative,
the conclusion is with MY test folder is it doubled the speed from 45 minutes to 27 minutes for 96 Gb with top speeds of 355 Mb/s
part of the files have a size of only 3 kb, the 5 humbs/bumps at the end.
configuration of the NAS : HP microserver Gen 10, 16 GB Mem, 3 TB HD with 120 GB Boot file, 10 GB cache per disk.
Computer: M2 Corsair MP600, Ryzen 5, X570 Motherboard

Zalman-H: is a copy of the folder to Internal HD, later used in the NAS
Zalman-truenas: copy of the same folder to NAS via 1 Gb link
10 GB link: copy via the 10 G fiber
