These have comparatively low TBW's

Yes I saw them too. Going by historic prices I'm guessing they go for a lot more. But if you need the speed....

They're fine, just not write intensive. I believe the limit is 650ish Terabyte Writes.

I have them in Raid6 worried about killing them quicker in my case.

Would not a RAID6 configuration lighten their write load compared to a single drive or mirrored array? Seems you could view it as a fractional write amplification.

Sure but the parity data is lighter than straight data... if it weren't we'd just use mirrors.

I have just finished my collection of 8 of the 600GB ssds for my raids card. Now I am thinking about a new collection. big sigh.
