Someone posted fio random read results in the 1.5TB 905p thread, I ran the same thing on my 750GB p4800x, but since it's in use I just created a 100GB LV for the test, not sure if that really makes it directly comparable, but I believe I got 109k IOPS and an average latency of 8.5ish ns.

this is probably obvious to most but I just tried running the 905p in raid 0 and it doesn't really add much to QD1 performance, but just boost sequential reads/writes. If you care about the latter then a typical pcie 4.0 NVME will probably work out better for you.
