0U Mounting Options

I am trying to figure out what parts I need to mount a vertical PDU and Cable organizer in my Xrackpro2 25U rack.

See picture below. It currently has the vertical rails mounted using a type of washer. I have seen PSUS mounted using a similar mechanism elsewhere but unable to figure out what it is called.

Any ideas?
