Single port cards work fine SD-PEX24066 has a pcie bridge chip between both nic's that is powered down in s3 hence you cant wake the nic's hence this post

No i didnt i just replaced it with two SI-PEX24059's My guess is if your SD-PEX24066 works its a newer revision with it enabled
