    It would run on 2133Mhz unless you will plan to OC a bit. (won't be able to do much if you actually able to at all I hear...) Xeon CPUs are not good OCers, I believe the multiplier is restricted in that manner. Your MoBo might able to do something about it. I myself never tried it. However...
