I've got a dumb question. Isn't the CPU really held in place by the screws and metal frame? I've always seen carrier trays as helping to properly align the CPU and socket before the metal frames are used.
Good luck with sale.
I don't see a lot of great deals on AMD SP3 systems, especially the second gen ones that support Milan and Rome but not Naples. Still, 64 core CPU for $699 is a smokin' hot deal
Link AMD EPYC Milan 7V13 64-Core 2.45GHz ES Processor 100-000000425 *NO VENDOR LOCKED | eBay
Listing says ES but...
Here's the link: NVIDIA BlueField-2 Ethernet DPU200GbE Model number:BF2M515A | eBay
Looks like they're BF2M515A-VENOT
From what I saw searching, they're ES cards, and have only Port 1 active.
They're $469 for one, but if you're at four, you're at $422 each. That's one of the cheaper 200GbE...
Here's the listing: INTEL SSDPE2NV153T8 15.36TB D5-P4326 2.5in U.2 NVMe SSD *New Bulk* | eBay
15.36TB Intel D5-P4326 and listing says they're new
They're Gen 3 drives only and QLC. But, that's a lot of NVMe capacity for cheap. It's like 3 times a hard drive cost.
Its almost to the price that...
This is a strange deal. Does anyone know why these are $219 renewed on Amazon? Here's the link.
Are they just Seagate refurbs? It says they're from the Amazon Renewed store.
The X22 22TB is $284 renewed.
Iron Wolf 20TB is $275 renewed.
X20 20TB is $389 new.
They're about the price of the...
Maybe this should go in DIY builds, I'm not sure. I just saw there's what looks like a new version of that quad m.2 CWWK card on AliExpress. It's $25 so not so bad. They've added a screw compared to what STH showed in it's review.
Browsing Amazon I saw this thing:
24 ports of 2.5G
6 ports of SFP+
$359 and says it's managed
There's also a
16 ports of 2.5G
6 ports of SFP+
$299 and also says it's managed
They might be the cheapest switches like that I've ever seen. There's gotta be others on here that are at least curious.
Newegg has the 2.5" Optane 1.5TB drives for only $399.99 on its BF deals:

These aren't for huge capacity, but if you're just wanting low latency and fast SSDs then these are still great.
I saw this one on the Prime Big Deal Day site. Right now its $349 with a $50 coupon for a 16GB and 512GB config. For $299 that's TinyMiniMicro territory. It's only DDR4 and Gen3 SSD, but it's really cheap for what's a new 4P 4E core system
I wanted to compare it mini PC's after reading that so here's the same comparison with that Beelink's CPU. It isn't fair since you're getting the GPU, AVX-512 and everything with the Beelink but ECC, more lanes, and everything with the E5 V4. It's still overlooked that modern desktop processors...
Clocks are super simple. You shouldn't see that happen unless it's a software issue or a really bad BIOS issue that we'd all be seeing. right time -/+ 4 hours and it's likely the clock works but at @jmartinez50 is pointing out, it's probably a SW issue. When clocks go bad other than battery...
