You can use nvme-cli to update oem nvme ssd firmware. The latest P3605 firmware is RA13, RA13 includes a critical fix where the device might assert at initial power-on. All supported platforms should upgrade to RA13 at earliest convenience.
5C40 means EMC OEM.
5C14 means HP OEM.
So that is OEM code, I am not sure about 5C20.
But looks like it is ES due to MSIP : xxxxxx which should be SXKLTK.
Intel ssd toolbox and data center tool can't display life reaming info due to the OEM firmware.
These drives have Intel warranty.
Intel sent a replaced drive due to firmware bug on RA12 version cause driver run into Disable Logical ASSERT Mode. The latest firmware is RA13.
