Unfortunately mine is not a server build and it actually does not have any intake fans. I’m only using it as a test bench and this solution I think is geared more towards people who want to use one of those consumer motherboards. Envious of your build tho!
Yeah I was thinking about that, but I had fans lying around from a windows XP pc so I figured it was a fun experiment.
Update: It appears the fan connector likes to only turn the fan on every other boot so not a problem with the pcie. I did a disk clone and only hit 46C max so it definitely helps.
