    I don't get link at all. I have a ubiquiti 10gb sfp+ module and have disabled the allow_unsupported sfp bit from the eeprom. Turns out my avaya 5510 does not support sfp+ 10gb. I just got today a 10gb direct attach cable but it does not get link in 1gb mode. Just bought pci-e 82599 for my pc...
