Solved. Switched monitors to a dedicated computer monitor and it now outputs vga. Found the ipmi IP, but does not connect when input into a browser.

After startup process i get the bootup beeps (2 short, 2 short and 1 super short high pitched). But i have not gotten VGA output yet. Searching reveals users who have had no beeps and no vga, but i do get the above beeps and fan slow down. I do not have IPMI access at the moment or I would have...
