    What two devices are you doing the speed test using? When you do a speed test try checking the interface utilization of all the ports on the switch to see if the data is flowing in/out a port you don't expect.

    I don't understand much of that output but maybe this will help? Is opensm running on both the infiniband ports or only the first one that is down? Could it also be the MTU size causing issues? I had an issue when I increased MTU in my setup. edit: added mtu question
