The X10SL7-F should fit, but i would assume that the heatsink and ESD backplate would be different.
The "M" in the SKU usually means a short depth chassis. TQ being a straight through sas/sata2 backplane that needs a mini-sas forward breakout cable.
This 1U doesn't have any rear slots...
