I know this is a stretch, but...
Bought a Bluefield-2 DPU for a PoC that ended up being DOA, and am now looking to source 1-2x of the 25GbE models on the used market before resorting to retail, if possible. Could also be interested in the 100GbE model(s) but they're overkill for this project...
They run fairly quiet, all things considered. They get loud during POST but settle down considerably once booted. I find most network switches to be louder.
I'm on the NE side near 281 and 1604, feel free to DM me if you'd like to meet up.
Trying to trim down my tech debt and have a few servers that deserve to be rehomed.

Hello all,
Recently let go of an Intel X520 that I now need for a project. I have an Intel X540 NIC that I'd be willing to trade straight up. Or, if you are looking to sell an X520, I could be interested in that too.
Thanks for your time,
James

Hello all,
Purchased a pair of new ConnectX-5 EN 100G Mellanox NICs back in April for some testing, and haven't really utilized them since. These are Mellanox MCX516A-CDAT with dual QSFP28 interfaces, and can do 100/50/40/25/10/1 speeds. PCIe 4.0 x16. Includes original box, packaging, and tall...
In my experience, optic support is based more on the operating system and driver in use more so than the card itself.
I believe the 560FLR is an Intel 82599-based card, so you would likely not have any fuss from HP or Intel-branded optics. I have used Cisco optics in my card, but had to enable...
Looks like I could snag some 7.2k 2TB SAS drives for about $20/ea, but unsure of their history. So that’s the preferred price realm for something like that. Just wanted to put some feelers out Incase folks had some sitting on their shelves needing a new home.
No doubt the GTX would’ve been a better buy, but even with a GPU cage, my application limited me to a 1-slot device. A two slot device with that fan placement in a 2U device wasn’t gonna work. But I personally have no qualms with patching the driver and using it (if I could).
