They run fairly quiet, all things considered. They get loud during POST but settle down considerably once booted. I find most network switches to be louder. I'm on the NE side near 281 and 1604, feel free to DM me if you'd like to meet up.

Looks like I could snag some 7.2k 2TB SAS drives for about $20/ea, but unsure of their history. So that’s the preferred price realm for something like that. Just wanted to put some feelers out Incase folks had some sitting on their shelves needing a new home.

No doubt the GTX would’ve been a better buy, but even with a GPU cage, my application limited me to a 1-slot device. A two slot device with that fan placement in a 2U device wasn’t gonna work. But I personally have no qualms with patching the driver and using it (if I could).
