My Supermicro PSU's don't work with the asrock psu smbus. same pinout as my old SM board, but no data. So I can't give the best info
My rack idles at around 240W, so thats the server with a low power switch/router. I'd imagine its around the 200W range
Upgraded to a 3647 system, so I'm letting this go. Board has been rock solid, on the latest BIOS/BMC FW and it has remote BIOS update unlocked. CPU is an ES, but it is a late stepping and clocked at 2.2Ghz which is the same as retail. I bench marked it when I first got it and it matched others...

Thought I'd chime in and say I just picked up an 8124M branded chip for $250, plus an ASrock EPC621D8A for $230 on ebay. crazy amount of power for under $500, deals can still be had on these!
Hey! I just picked up an E5-2658 V3 QGP5 with a supposed stepping of M1. I can't find much on the specifics of the QGP5 but from what I gather the QG's are pretty close to retail no? The turbo of the retail goes up to 2.9Ghz, but I found an auction that showed a QGP5 only going to 2.5Ghz. Not...
