After know the issue, I create a empty all 00 sbr file to 512 byte,
megarec -writesbr 0 emtpy512.sbr
megarec -cleanflash 0
megarec -writesbr 0 nec9267sbr.bak
I try directly flash 8mb nec fw , it doesn't work . you will need 16mb 2208_16 recovery file
megarec -m0flash 2208_16.rom...
I findout the reason is I try use someone smc2208 sbr , that was a 512 byte. I backup my NEC LSI 9267 SBR only 256 byte, so when I flash the smc2208 sbr, it may write out range SBR eeprom area, and broken some thing...
