It was Victoria 5.36, it has hitachi commands support. It did not allow me to do low level format in SATA mode, so I connected the drive by USB and after that I "succeded". (yes, I know it was silly) :(
It persists. And diskpart does not help:
DISKPART> create partition primary
Disk is uninitialized, initializing it to GPT.
DiskPart has encountered an error: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

I have a problem: SMART status of my drive is "unknown". It is also not possible to write or read the drive, it cannot be initialized, too. Though, I can see the right size of the drive and all SMART parameters except Threshold. As far as I know, it happened after unsuccessful low level...
