Two D-2100 boards for sale. Both are currently running in working servers I'd like to retire:

D-2123IT 4 core Xeon-D
FlexATX form factor (compatible with most mATX chassis)
After seeing the recent posts on the main site (https://www.servethehome.com/supermicro-e300-9d-4cn8tp-review-a-4x-10gbe-and-4x-1gbe-server/ and https://www.servethehome.com/intel-xeon-d-2123it-4-core-8-thread-embedded-cpu-review/) I out price hunting and noticed somebody dumping a bunch (more...
Proxmox 6.2 has been released: Proxmox VE 6.2 released!
Release upgrades on everything (ZFS, Ceph, etc.) and an early SDN integration that looks promising. Also has integration for LetsEncrypt certificates via DNS method.
Totally silent server. Fully tested and working great.
Offered on STH for $350 obo, shipped free to USA destinations.
I'd rather not deal with international shipping (sorry).
I accept payment by PayPal.

This one is cute. Lots of possibilities beyond just a NAS if you can open the BIOS and boot something other than QNAPs OS on it.
J4105 low power CPU, 4 SATA m.2 slots, N-Base-T (10/5/2.5/1 gbe support). Really solid packaging.
The J4105 CPU continues the tradition of Intel’s J-series, spec’d...
ALL GONE pending pickup.
I have 12 older 3.5" hard drives available. All tested and wiped, guaranteed working with reasonable SMART data (no unrecoverable errors, only very small numbers of reallocated sectors, etc).
I'll gladly donate them to anyone with a decent use for them. They've just...
Deleted sold items to make it a bit more clear...
I have 16 (4 remaining) SuperMicro chassis that have been used for various versions of my home lab.
Unfortunately I don't have shipping boxes suitable for them so I'm offering Local Pickup or I'll deliver in the SF Bay Area only.
Curious if anyone know the SM part number or may have a lead on sourcing the nylon m.2 retaining clip similar to the one used on the SuperMicro X11SPM-TPF? Noticed when responding to @IamSpartacus's for sale ad - and I have a perfect use case for a couple of them.
Proxmox 5.3 is released. See here: Proxmox VE 5.3 released!
Biggest new feature for me is integration of CephFS, file storage on Ceph. Also lots of updates to the GUI, fine tuning of features, etc.
I "upgraded" a system by mistake last night doing routine maintenance. Didn't even notice I...
Looks like Hardkernel will be releasing an x86 Odroid maker board next month. Lots of open questions (especially about price) but this could be very interesting for small embedded projects, micro-clusters, or lots of other fun projects. I've toyed around with their ARM-based products for a...
I know there are lots of Mikrotik users here. A vulnerability in Winbox how allowed a new Botnet to spread...
The Mikrotik RouterOS-Based Botnet
It does appear to be at least partially mitigated in newer RouterOS versions. Mikrotik recommends running at least version 6.41.3
3x 4TB Western Digital Reds - $85/each, shipped USA.
4x 4TB Seagate ST4000DM000 - $70/each, shipped USA.
All 7 drives are in excellent condition based on the most important SMART indicators: Zero reallocated sectors, zero pending sectors, zero unrecoverable. Hours are high, lots of...
I'm doing a demo/teaching project with a small pile of Odriods. I've got it all built and am running with a small TP-Link un-managed switch. Part of the goal is to demo some more advanced network methods and I need vLAN support.
Looking for pointers to a small, 5-8 port GigE managed switch...
I have 2 used retail E5-2630 v4 SR2R7. Just pulled yesterday, working perfectly.
$475/obo each, shipped USA, for recognized STH members.
I'll leave it here until the weekend, then ebay at a slighly higher price.
Starting a new thread based on @cheezehead's post elsewhere... (with a thank you).
In general I like this lineup - but it is a bit of a disappointing mystery why there is only one board in the line up with SFP+.
Small bit of housecleaning:
mATX, 8 core C2750, 4x Gbe, 1x PCIe x8, 1x PCIe x4, 4 SATA + IPMI
Note: this board was purchased in Dec 2015. According to Supermicro, according to is manufacture date, it is NOT subject to the Avoton/Rangerly clock issue.
