I just did it. I made all sort of test and nothing was working. I even forget to update the firmware of the card, which I finally did, but with no luck. Support is my only hope or I will have to sell 2 nice 15.36Tb SSD :).

By the way, when I plugged a SATA SSD in the same setup, it shows in the BIOS menu of the Areca. When it is on of the SAS drive I have, it says "no IDE drive", which is probably a default messagE.
