Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching)

Well, it has been over a week and no reboot has occurred. So, either replacing Power Supply #1 or connecting the power directly to a wall outlet versus the UPS solved my problem. I may try to connect the switch back to the UPS to see if the Power Supply was the issue.

Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching)

I have a couple of spare ICX6610 switches. What would be involved in taking the image/configuration from the original switch and transferring it another switch so that I can be up and running in case the original switch fails to restart?

Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching)

The reboot happened again this morning. So, I replaced Power Supply #1 and connected the power cord for Power Supply #1 and #2 directly to a wall outlet bypassing the UPSs. Will see if that solves my problem.

Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching)

I have running my ICX 6610-48 for about 6 years now. The switch has 2 power supply units. Today, the switch rebooted itself twice randomly. So, I turned the switch off and blew the dust out of it and replaced one of the power supply units (power supply #2). After replacing the power supply and...

Brocade ICX Series (cheap & powerful 10gbE/40gbE switching)

I was hoping I did not have to go through the steps of re-applying the license. In fact I thought this unit came loaded with a license already. Here is the results of the show license command:

How are you getting the Crestron TS1051 touch screen to work with this unit? I have the touchscreen plugged into the touchscreen input on the back of the unit and booted the unit and no display. What I'm doing wrong?
