Can anyone recommend a riser for the PCIE slot?

There's actually no need for the 24/4 adapter, you can just use this on the 24 pin from the PSU: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N8Q0TOE And connect an 8-pin to the board.

Actually it does reset the password, I was able to flash using socflash.efi with a bootable EFI shell stick, i think the 'option=r' resets the BMC config. I was then able to log in with admin/admin :) Instantflash wouldn't recognize the BIOS ROM file, so I'm flashing via IPMI.

Booted up, but can't login to IPMI. admin/admin or admin/password do not work. Any way to reset?

Sweet, it worked, enabled FNP for good measures and flashed the patched firmware. Now lspci shows 16GT/s capability.
