RolloZ170 helped me get a dual Intel Xeon Platinum 8592 ES Q2SR up and running on Gigabyte MS73-HB1 and a single on a Gigabyte MS03-CE0 No stability issues

As I said, different models of fans, but easy fix, I set 65% and all seems solid and temps seem low

On my end they remained around 800 and would keep going to 1k and back down to 800, cpu temps even during a full load cinebench or something top out at 49-50 max

Silver stone and Noctua's, but as I said I solved my issue by setting a fan profile that just kept a specific speed, also using silverstone water blocks, so it’s not like temps are an issue for me I was just sharing with the other guy I had the same issue

in my case all the fans were new out of box, replaced them all again new out of box and all did the same thing

Ive installed and reinstalled windows, never had that issue but like Rolloz170 pointed out, I pre purchased the TPM2 modules and put on boards before installing anything

Had the same on two systems, using Silverstone water blocks (one is single cpu the other dual), i just set a constant fan speed, that stopped it, under BMC

Just a follow up, that ES 8592+ I setup as a firewall is working perfectly reliable, no issues and far better performance than my previous dell server with dual 8280s. So another ES success story

that’s been my results and other colleagues, offloading cpu/ram and gpus, the intels were just always snappier, vsan with Mellanox (nvidia) Nics always just worked and worked well on intel platforms etc
