Well im getting ready for 2GB internet currently i go directly out of the NBN connection box to a TP link aginet mesh network.
However its glitch and id like to make my NAS (9600T windows (sorry guys)) and laptop 2.5G as well as hardwire stuff such as PS5's and TV's

I'm currently using a hp mini PC with an external enclosure running 2 X 22tb drives.
It's pretty basic 6500t system.
But think I'd feel a bit safer with drives in a case.
I don't really use it for much download files via Usenet onto 2.5" SSD then goes to my mirrored 22tbs which Plex does it...
Well work as ample Huawei 10g LC (fibre) SFP+ ports is it possible to use these or is it much trickyer in a very basic home network. Will be Nas, switch and maybee 1 PC running 10gbe

I'd likely also like some more bays.
I know I'm don't really need more bays or need 10gbe but thought bugger it may as well Do a decent upgrade.
My current shucked drives have 50000hrs+ on them so its a matter of time.

I know it peaks at 700w but if I run no Poe and about 12 ports what's its real world usage.
Basicly my nas is maxing out my gigabit so may look at upgrading. Plus this is cheap
