Are you sure the motherboard model is correct? The one that's visible in the picture seems to have the active heat sink on it, which I think would make it an X10SDV-4C+, not -4C?!

(Or at least that's what Amazon's "Rufus AI" claims...)

Is there any reason to believe that the WiFi (Mini-PCIe) card slot actually supports mSATA as well? Despite the fact that it’s the same physical form factor, this isn’t something that’s inherently supported — you’re basically muxing in a whole different set of wires.

Also more like $275 per disk?

Pretty sure the slot on the top/CPU side is mPCIe, not mSATA; I have a WiFi card working in there just fine with the R2.2 BIOS.

I’m in South San Jose and would love to take this off your hands in case Samir doesn’t end up making it down to SJ.

It is entirely possible that the slot is wired for PCIe only (and the one on the other side for mSATA only).

Awesome, @iriscell, thanks so much! After upgrading to the 2.2 BIOS, the additional SATA port on my m50 actually works now, too!

FWIW, QAT seems to work fine even on pfSense CE; you just need to compile the kernel modules on another FreeBSD box, transfer them over, and load them manually.
