    having done quite a bit of testing on both units I think the 12900 is the sweet spot. It's about 4% slower but 15% cheaper.

    Not sure it's a multiple order thing as I ordered both a 13900h and 12900h, they were dispatched 3 days apart but arrived together. I think you're right about it much more likely to be about that particular processor.

    Yes using with Windows 11, gave it a fairly good test today, no issues found.
