It gets stuck at FFFF with VIV5G, I did BIOS downgrade through IPMI and it supposedly completed.

Does anyone know if these boards are capable of running ES CPUs? VIV5G to be exact. I could not find a BIOS version that works

Older BIOS that is available on their website isn't working, another thing I Noticed is no display from IPMI. I tried BMC update as well.

shows these messages on the BIOS screen: sec microcode not found sec microcode not loaded and a post code of DEAD I am not 100% certain about why this happened and when, the system used to work just fine.I think it started doing this after a power outage. Could it be bad CPU? I already tried...

One day power abruptly went off and this system has not worked since then. I tried changing RAM sticks, PSU, clearing CMOS and even reseating the CPU to no avail. Thoughts? no error codes in the IPMI. Thanks in advance!

Do u think this is a compatibility issue or there is a common failure point that the DDR5 RDIMMS have? QVL on most SP5 motherboards is rather small.

Update: I bought another stick from a different seller, but it also doesn't work, which leads me to believe this might actually be a compatibility issue. I'm experiencing a high DOA rate with the RAM sticks I've tried from different sellers. Is there a common failure point for DDR5 RDIMMs, or do...

According to the sellers, I have not confirmed that. Do u have any idea of what might be a common failure point and what's causing it? I see many listings for broken DDR5 RDIMMs, something to do with Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) ?
