@Uipe I think the issue might be a cabling mismatch between the NVIDIA graphics card and the server cabling (see image). I wondered what cabling you used to get yours to work? thanks

Thank you @Uipe - what's also strange is I bought 2 machines and neither are working. The probability of both being defective seems unlikely which is why I'm wondering if we're doing something wrong? we've also tried the graphics cards on different slots
