Confirming that you're running this in a Lenovo Tiny, and it recognizes all the HDs as a separate drives? Probably goes without saying, but wanted to be sure your experience wasn't on a different machine before I pull the trigger on one of these cards.

Any tips of tricks to booting from this? Just got my A/E key adapter in, cloned my boot drive in Proxmox, but the bios doesn't seem to see it. The 2230 is visible to the os, with boot partition. Probably something simple I'm missing....

I saw that you slapped an LSI 9200-8e in there. I'm thinking of upgrading already from the single SAS port HBA I have now. My only hesitation on the 9200 was heat generation. Have you noticed any issues now that you've been running it for >6 months?

Yup, something like one of those is what I want to use. But the challenge is finding a 1U adapter or panel to mount into my rack. That's where I'm looking for ideas; exhausted my Google-foo. Thinking I might have to hack something together.
