Out of the box, with original OS and no hardware modifications other than removing the tiny RAM cooling fan: mine drew about 12w immediately after boot, tapering down to ~10w after a few hours at idle. Mine has the integrated PSU and measurements done with a basic Kill-a-Watt.

Got mine today. $55 BO accepted almost immediately. Manufacture date was 11/30/21. Pretty of grubby, with lots of caked on dust both inside and outside in the ports & ventilation holes. I suppose not totally unexpected in a signage appliance, but this one will require a bit of clean-up...
