This feels like a "bit of everything" product. It has AI in the name (but you cant allocate more than 48gb vram?), it has 5xHDD bays (but only sata ports).. It's a cool looking box, personally I think this would work pretty well as a virtualization host. But not as AI bench nor as a real NAS...

I ended up with a few of these by a (happy?) accident for 45e/pc. Haven't had the time to play around with these yet but ordered a few coral m2 accelerators for them (M.2 Accelerator A+E key | Coral) and wanted to try out either Blue Iris or Frigate or something on them :)

So as I've bought a few of these I changed all the parts to another motherboard and it works with no probs :confused: I updated the bios, no change. Changed the CR2032, no change. Even tried to have a fan blowing to the AST2500 chip :D sooo.. clear cmos? I'm kinda out of ideas after that one.

Thanks, bought one. Been eyeing ryzen thin clients for ages. Gonna slap a 10G adapter there and run some low power VMs over the lan. All this for less than $100. Not half bad. What's the max ram? Somewhere on the spec sheets said 32GB.

Yeah, really nice change from java remote access turds. Looking at the portal, I felt instantly that it's a homage to pi-hole interface. Nothing against that, but it just had the same look. Which is nice, as I'm quite familiar with that one. :)

Thanks! On the G431 IOMMU was disabled by default, as well. That was hidden pretty well into the bios menus, too..

Are you seeing 4c/8t in bios or by OS itself? I have MJ11-EC1-0T (G431 server) and with F09 bios at least both bios and OS are reporting just 4c/4t config :confused: edit: Apparently there's HT setting somewhere.. hmm edit2: advanced -> amd cbs -> zen common options -> core/thread enablement...

First I'd check boot order, or boot media.. Did you check the jumper for cmos clearing? When I tried to boot with incompatible ram (LRDIMM), naturally I got no video out at all. As you're getting some video out, I'd wager the ram is compatible. Have you tried to access bmc? Does it reserve ip...
