Thanks! Seems the VM config isn't the problem. :-( I used BIOS. I found this now: VM freezes irregularly I updated microcode again and updated to Linux 6.1.1. Hopefully it will help. Otherwise I need to disable C-States and try that.

I have crashes, too. Could you paste your VM XML? Do you use q35 chipset and PCI passthrough? Did it crash again someday after you disabled the C-States? I already disabled PowerD but it still crashes.
