Did you end up running this Mellanox 25gb Dual Card in ProxMox 9? I have this https://a.co/d/03vXTSP3 card, and I have to run the ip links in promisc to get it to remain stable. Wondering if vendor firmware would help.

The need for a bunch of PoE injectors is what I am trying to avoid. I could always just add a PoE switch after the router, but this is for a boat and I'm trying to keep as few devices as possible. Do none of the mini-routers come with PoE on board? I only need 3 to 4 ethernet ports with PoE...

Are there any good little units that would make a nice ProxMox VE server and router combo that has at least 4 LAN ports with PoE?
