yes, can you ask the vendor for a more recent firmware? For example GXF2 which is a samsung generic fw. Good luck

Hello, I have tried the firmware in the link GXA05 I could update the firmware successfully but could not partition the drives. I believe it is a DDN vendor lock. I am still trying to find the samsung firmware.... Please let me know if you succeed.

Thank you for the files, unfortunately there are no Samsung generic FW available for the pm1964a. GXA02 and GXA05 are FW files for DDN disks. Regards
