Hello,
Is it possible to use a dell perc h710p in a dell Optiplex 9020 with an hp sas expander?
My dell T620 board died and I need to access the data in my raid setup.
Thank you
Bill
With doing more research it may be because I am using a dell 9020 mini tower, but yes I can feel the drives spinning up.
I may have to do the tape trick. 4
Thanks
Hello,
Does anyone know why a h310 wouldn't recognize drives connected to it?
Can I change/update flash the card in linux? or do I need to boot to freedos?
The dell expander is made for 12 drives but only two sff connectors going to the perc h710.
l wish I could find a way to only power the dell expander, even just temporarily to pull the data.
