Those are the limitations of a desktop-ish platform.. AM5 Ryzen/baby-Epyc are not a I/O monster as the big (real?) Epyc's or Xeon Scalables.. up-to 28 PCIe lanes is what you get (and with chipset eating 4x.. no dedicated DMI lines like on Intel)... so yup sharing it is: either PCIex16 or PCIex8...

The 4x slot is from the chipset leaving pciex4 from the cpu for connecting the dual SFP28 NIC.
And because LE2 (without dual SFP28) and LE3 (with dual SFP28) shares the same pcb, on the LE2 variant you're "cheated" of pciex4 from the CPU as they are NOT connected to e.g. the 4x slot but left...

with such a new BX-based router, I'm assuming had you had the hardware (and say.. a USD75K hole in your pocket..) you'll have had access to the software... so assuming you are just looking for the Junos-Evo software image to dissect it.. hence this might be a stand in: Free Virtual Junos OS...
