    Indeed, Intel E810 product brief document doesn't mention anything ASPM related, but the datasheet actually has some mentions. By saying "some" I mean the document says that E810 as a PCIe device does have ASPM configuration options and even has a diagram under which conditions L0/L0s/L1/L2...

    BTW, out of curiosity, I disabled onboard X710 in the ms-01 and plugged in there the 10Gtek's X710-BM2. For a bare system with everything else disabled, I got a whopping 13W in idle. As expected, there was no ASPM support reported by lspci, despite this card does have it when plugged into m720q.
