EPYC Zen1 have problems with PCIe ASPM. You need to deactivate it in "/etc/kernel/cmdline" with "pcie_aspm=off". After this you need to do a "update-initramfs -u" otherwise the change will not used by the system. In UEFI the ASPM settings are unfortunately missing.

@qwerty0987654321 PCIe ASPM isn't available as option in the bios, but it set to on per default on this board. I need to deactivated because it generates a lot of error.
If anyone have trouble with SATA hotplug/hotswap on proxmox (debian) or ubuntu we have now a fix for this behavior.
Unfortunally SATA hotplug/hotswap don't want to work out of the box on this mainboard on these distros.
